Total Cost

Your $2,600 deposit secures your whole cow share.

This deposit is not the full payment and will be applied toward your final balance.

The total cost is based on the actual packaged weight received, up to approximately 500 lbs, priced at $15.50 per pound.

Final Payment

Your online order covers the deposit only. The remaining balance will be invoiced prior to ranch pickup or local delivery, once final weight is confirmed.

Approximate Cut Breakdown

Each whole cow share is thoughtfully portioned to provide a balanced variety of cuts:

• 1/3 Steaks 

  • Ribeye, filet mignon, New York strip, top sirloin, flank, skirt, and occasionally specialty cuts such as picanha, hanger steak, flap steak, petite shoulder filet, or flat iron.

• 1/3 Roasts, Ribs, Stew Meat, Etc                         

  • Chuck roasts, tri-tip, brisket, ribs, cross-cut shank, stew meat, and similar cuts.

• 1/3 Ground Beef 

  • 1 or 2 lb packages available upon request 

  • Can include "Ancestral blend" which contains approximately 7 lbs organ meat mixed in with the grind                                                             

• Organ Meats

  • To add liver, heart, oxtail, kidneys, spleen, or tongue, please contact us directly.

Important Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. By reserving your share, your deposit is used to plan the raising, harvesting, and processing of your cow.

Deposits may be transferred to another individual if needed. Please call for an estimated delivery date.
