Total Cost
Your $2,600 deposit secures your whole cow share.
This deposit is not the full payment and will be applied toward your final balance.
The total cost is based on the actual packaged weight received, up to approximately 500 lbs, priced at $15 per pound.
Final Payment
Your online order covers the deposit only.
The remaining balance will be invoiced prior to ranch pickup or local delivery, once final weight is confirmed.

Approximate Cut Breakdown
Each whole cow share is thoughtfully portioned to provide a balanced variety of cuts:
50% Ground Beef
1 lb packages, 80/20 blend
50% Assorted Roasts, Cuts & Steaks
Hand-selected by our ranch team for quality and variety
Examples may include:
Roasts & Cuts
Chuck roasts, tri-tip, brisket, ribs, cross-cut shank, stew meat, and similar cuts.
Steaks
Ribeye, filet mignon, New York strip, top sirloin, flank, skirt, and occasionally specialty cuts such as picanha, hanger steak, flap steak, petite shoulder filet, or flat iron.
Please note: not all listed cuts are guaranteed in every share.
Organs & Specialty Cuts
