Your $1,400 deposit secures your whole cow share.
This deposit is not the full payment and will be applied toward your final total.
The final cost is based on the actual hanging weight received, up to approximately 200 lbs, priced at $15 per pound.

Approximately 200 lbs of beef, packaged and ready for your freezer.
Final Payment
Your online order covers the initial deposit only.
The remaining balance will be invoiced prior to pickup or local delivery, once the final weight is confirmed.

Each cow share is thoughtfully portioned to provide a balanced variety of cuts:
50% Ground Beef
1 lb packages, 80/20 blend
50% Assorted Roasts, Cuts & Steaks
Hand-selected by our ranch team to ensure quality and variety
Examples may include:
Roasts & Cuts
Chuck roasts, tri-tip, brisket, ribs, cross-cut shank, stew meat, and more.
Steaks
Ribeye, filet mignon, New York strip, top sirloin, flank, skirt, and occasionally specialty cuts such as picanha, hanger steak, flap steak, petite shoulder filet, or flat iron.
Please note: not all listed cuts are guaranteed in every share.
