How Online Ordering Works
We sell our beef by the pound to ensure you receive exactly what you’re paying for.
When ordering online, you will place a $20 deposit per item to reserve your cut. This deposit secures your selection and will be applied toward your final total.
Because each cut varies slightly in weight, your item will be weighed at pickup, and you will check out for the final total at that time. Your $20 deposit will be deducted from your balance.
