Each cow share is thoughtfully portioned to provide a balanced variety of cuts:
1/3 Ground Beef
1 lb packages, 80/20 blend
2/3 Assorted Roasts, Cuts & Steaks
Hand-selected by our ranch team to ensure quality and variety
Examples may include:
Roasts & Cuts
Chuck roasts, tri-tip, brisket, ribs, cross-cut shank, stew meat, and more.
Steaks
Ribeye, filet mignon, New York strip, top sirloin, flank, skirt, and occasionally specialty cuts such as picanha, hanger steak, flap steak, petite shoulder filet, or flat iron.
Please note: not all listed cuts are guaranteed in every share.
